Hey Shellster! (Haha... hopefully that name didn't annoy you! )
For absorbing minerals good you recommend oils, and I was wondering, does the good absorbing happen with coconut oil just as well as the others? Because coconut oil gets absorbed right away, I dunno if it will still help the minerals to get absorbed too. Thanks! |

| Coconut oil doesn't help mineral absorption unfortunately because it doesn't promote the release of bile. You have to have liver action to absorb the most crucial minerals like iron. Other minerals need acid-free fibers for best results as they are absorbed mostly in the colon. |
