Hey Shelley,
I recall reading before that you said that calves can be very good indicators of toxicity / imbalance.
I have a friend suffering from post-viral muscle pain mostly concentrated in calves and was wondering what you thought this might be. Its equal both sides, so specific mineral problems didnt occur to me, could it be bowel or liver issues harbouring toxicity / parasites?
Thanks as ever! |

Depends on the pain. If it's to the touch - being touched - then yep, toxicities like gout, or inflamed intestines if the digestive pressure poitn line up thte back is sore.
If it's more of a interior muscle pain, then it's the typical acids from exercise, toxicity, deficiencies... could be they're low on C, carbonates, fluids, healthy fruit acids, or EFAs. |
