Hi Shelley, Im back, im not sure if u remember me, im sure u do with all the questions I have asked.

Anyway, I need your help again, Ive been trying to clean myself, i've done 4 liver flushes, and been trying to eat healthy(also been drinking NYF daily), I still breakout though so im going to keep cleansing, I have a feeling I have candida, I think whenever I eat sugar, and I don't mean table sugar cause I rarely eat that, but I mean like a granola bars, or raisins, anything that has sugar, I feel like I breakout from it, I also get sugar cravings all the time. One more thing I noticed like a month ago, is I went out, drinked like 4 beers( I don't really ever drink), and the next day, I woke up, and my face look thinner, and just healthier overall, I don't know what that was about, can u please explain this too me? I did feel bad, but my face just looked better.

Also, is there any book u reccomend me to buy?(for the candida diet) Im on a budget, and just want to buy food that I can eat, is oatmeal ok? How bout stevia extract, or xylitol?

Also, can u please tell me the most important things I should buy for fighting the candida, there's so many things out there, and with a budget, it's hard to decide what to buy..

I was thinking of buying, primal and fungal defense, braggs ACV, triphala to help my colon, and don't know what else

Thanks for any help!!!

Hello, nice to hear from you! Smile

Please read the FAQ and sticky posts, it's all there, every answer to your question.

Alcohol satisfies your body's cravings when you have a candida imbalance, which, when really bad, is an alcohol addiction too. Just start drinking Kefir, or take live acidophilus supplements, eat more protein and fats, and you'll eventually equalize.

Yup, read the posts! sorry, I didn't realized the diet stuff was there in the posts, I was looking for it in the faq section.

So I most than likely have candida right??

Im gonna buy evrything I need tommorow so I can get rid of this stuff, it's killing me, I can't even eat a piece of chocolate cake, or granola bar, cause I break out and my face looks like shit just after a few hours.

Thanks Shelley!

If you only use a tiny bit, like half a teaspoon or less, it shouldn't be a problem.

Ok thanks.

I've been having a lot of smelly gas, this is what I've been eating:
Liver
Blueberries
Kefir
Garbanzo Beans
Lentils
Apple(one a day)
Salads w/a little bit of poultry
Almond milk
Unsweetened cranberry juice
NYF
Been taking triphala
fungal defense(today was my third day)

That's all I remember eating, what do you think it's making this, should I avoid anything??

Beans and lentils have to be cooked with carminitive spices or you'll get gas. Pretty much unavoidable.

Liver is difficult to digest, be sure to only eat it alone or with things that are easily digested like rice.

Nothing else on the list should create smelly gas.

So cooking the beans with tumeric and paprika will fix the problem?
That's what im gonna do.

I didn't know liver was so difficult to digest

Thanks for the help shelley

My face looks great, has been looking pretty good for like 5 days now, im scared it might turn bad again once im done with the fungal and primal defense though, right now im on my 15th day, I can add more foods on the second month right?

Oh almost forgot, can we eat Chorizo(I hope it's the same name in english then in spanish lol) if we cook it properly???

I love that stuff jaja

Chorizo is fantastic, the spices are already there. It's rather high in fat, however. Anything high in fat is difficult to digest. Best to take digestive enzymes and something to acidify the stomach when you eat rich foods. I'm of the school that real fats are real good for you, but you have to find out for yourself what a digestable serving is, and not exceed it.
