psyllium, flax seed, and anything else you want to add. Bentonite isn't mandatory. I'm rather leary of it because of the aluminum.

You take a multi-vitamin??? Which one? Most are useless. See the stomach acid self-test in the FAQ.

ACV should not cause gas. It may cause breakouts as part of a healing crisis, but that just means you need to do more liver cleansing.

Loose stools don't have much to do with stomach acids besides indicating that they are adequate, and they are to be expected when you're cleansing, eating right and taking lots of supplements. Vitamin C alone will cause loose stools. When you're not cleansing stools should be solid most of the time (fruit meals are loose), but when you're cleansing fast transit times and plenty of fluids are mandatory and that will cause loose stools, which is what you want in order to prevent healing crisis.

Ah, a multi-mineral is okay. I like solaray's products except for some of the picolonate versions.

at least once a day. If your meals don't have much fiber you can take more if you can pass it.

Update: I did the live cleanse again(my second time), I didn't get sick this time. My stomach did feel kind of weird all night, but didn't throw up. I flushed out some big stones! Some were like half an inch long, and kinda thick. I feel better already, and my skin is improving.

How can I avoid live stones? Would eating a cheat meal (like carl's Jr, or in n out) once a week affect me? How fast do liver stones build up?

Also, I've been trying to eat fiber everyday, how much grams of fiber should we be eating each day? I don't want to eat too much/little.

Thanks Shelley....

Stones build up because of a lack of choline (which is in lecithin) and EFAs. As long as you eat the right fats (not fake) and avoid deep frying, a fast food hamburger shouldn't set you back, stone wise.

I can't seem to eat fats without breaking out, even healthy fats. I try to take healthy fats whenever I remember, but they make me breakout, from fish oil to grapeseed oil, I take a teaspoon, and I breakout the next, or second day. I can't say 100% sure that the grapeseed/fish oil is causing this, but that's what I suspect. It sucks cause I know how good healthy fats are, and I want to benefit from them. I've been getting the kind of acne that is big pimples, and they won't pop, if I try to pop them, they'll probably get bigger, on my chin, right next to my lips, forhead, and in between my eyebrows. I don't get much whiteheads anymore.

All my body is clear, including my neck, is just my face..Sad(which is what I care about the most), just giving this information so you can tell me if this IS in fact the fats.

Oh, and I rarely eat bad fats, so I can'y blame that.

Thanks again shelley, and sorry to bother you again.

Then you're not digesting them properly due to a lack of B vits, or digestive enzymes, or stomach acids, or your bile/liver/gallbladder isn't clean yet.

just a drop a day for a week should do you just fine? It's hard to tell with PPMs unfortunately.

A drop? I've been taking like a teaspoon, or half a teaspoon everyday jeje. My skin looks healthier now, not sure if it's the iodine, or the healing crisis is over.

I'll take less then, I'll try 2 drops

Oh BTW, what do you mean a drop a day for a week? You mean I should stop after a week?

Thanks

Yes. You should always have an end point in mind when supplementing. Iodine is powerful. We need it, but if we overdose we turn off the thyroid, in fact, you could potentially kill the thyroid with overdosing. At the very least, you would be antagonizing other important minerals. So you take your dose for a week, take a week off, re-evaluate your symptoms and needs, and see if you need to resume. Be sure you know the signs of overdosing (www.acu-cell.com) whenever you supplement a mineral/vitamin.
