| I started taking ALA about a month ago, one week on, one off, and i was expecting symptoms to worsen but they havent. i havent felt this consistently well...ever. i dont know if its coincidense and the candida has receded or of the ala is the cause. any reason why the ala would male me feel better? |

ALA is a very powerful detoxer. You've decreased your toxic overload, you're less poisoned - that's a great way to feel better!
Just be careful to use liver herbs with milk thistle adn get plenty of fluids at the same time, as it may chelate metals if you take a high enough dose, and if you don't then take it consistently enough they'll just be floating around rather than exited. |
