Hi Shelley,

I have been reading all the posts on Julia's tinctures and I am a little confused. Do I take all 4 of them together or not?? My husband and I have been taking GCG for 10 days and I switched to CB this morning. Now do I take the Coptis and Circuma before bed? Also will I go back to taking GCG or not. Also is there anything else I should be taking? How about Liv52? Also what is the difference between the liver cleansers? I didnt abuse alchohol or drugs but my husband has. Sorry for all the questions.
