Hi Shelley,

Just a question on avocados. I don't seem them listed are they allowed at all? I've seen several diets that include them.

Also, I see nuts are okay but why not roasted? If raw do they still need to be soaked? If so, why.

Don't I mention Avocadoes as good skin food? Excellent source of Vitamin E and a great way to feel full on a vegetarian meal. I think there's a post in the Kitchen forum on the avocado too.

Roasted nuts have all their nutritional worth taken away and add rancid oils to the mix. Nuts have to be soaked to de-activate toxins that inhibit digestion and absorption.
