Hi Shelley,
The cleansing drink, Gold Coin Grass and Chinese Bitters are all recommended to be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Cleansing drink last thing at at night also.
Just wondering if they can all be taken together in the morning or should I space them out.
Thanks a lot!

Dave:
You can't take them both (GCG and CB) at the same time.
You need to take one (either GCG or CB) half an hour before breakfast., and the other one (either GCG or CB) half an hour before lunch, both on an empty stomach.
If you feel pain in the liver/gallbladder area, it would be best to finish first a round of CB alone and then go for the GCG.
Regards,

Thanks for the input - this is the advice that I got from someone at her company:
'We usually recommend that people begin using the Chinese Bitters to decongest their livers. If you have trouble with gallstones, or suspect that you have them, then you can switch to GCG after using the Chinese Bitters for a few weeks. We recommend that the GCG and Chinese Bitters not be taken together because some customers report pain in the liver/gallbladder area. Others do not have a problem with it. You can always try taking the GCG and Chinese Bitters at the same time, keeping in mind to stop if you should experience discomfort or pain. If you aren't concerned about stones, then you can just continue taking the Chinese Bitters for a few weeks to a few months to prepare for your next flush.'
I personally experience no pain when taking Chinese Bitters and GCG together - I was more concerned with whether they should be taken at the same time as the cleansing drink? |

| No, you're meant to take the herbs on an empty stomach. You are recommended to drink fluids when you wake (so you can take the cleansing drink then) then wait 45-60 minutes so you are empty of fluids then take the herbs, wait 30 minutes before eating/drinking. |
