I would try to explain my situation and ask for some advise. I am profesional athlete and my season is over in a couple of days.After long winter,hard practices and eathing "everything" feel that in this moment need cleansing my body.I couldn't done this earlier because of every day practising and detox crisis.Now, I feel it's right moment.
I will pepare my body for 3-days flashing,do that and after I dont know.
I wanna do bowels cleaning,liver....but I dont know what first.Im athlete of good healt and I dont have any simptoms of Candida or some other desise I was reading here.I just wanna clean my body of toxins,do all of them and then start tonifying.
So..,my question is what kind of cleansing I should do first and how long?????
