Hair Gel Recipe - this is the easiest one I've found...

in that it keeps for awhile. Most are made with gelatin, which doesn't store well.

HAIR GEL
Bring 1 cup water and 2 Tbsp flax seeds to a boil.
Remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, and then strain out the seeds.
Allow the mixture to cool, then add 1 Tbsp distilled water or floral water (rosewater is nice) and 1/2 teaspoon glycerine.
Use like any hair gel.
This will keep 1-2 months, longer if you add a little grapefruit seed extract
