Hi Shelley,
I've had mixed success with salt water flushes in terms of whether the 'flush' actually happens or not. I guess it must be down to the amount of salt used - too little and the water is just absorbed.
I'd be interested to know your recommendation on the quantity of salt per pint (or any other measure) of water.
Thanks a lot,
Dave |

Hi Dave!
You're not alone! the recipe on CureZone is woefully lacking in salt. Just not near enough to keep it suspended in the intestines.
Start out with at least one whole tablespoon of salt per quart of water. Don't be afraid to overdo salt, it's much better to overdo than to underdo, thanks to the many layers of epithelium tissues that prevent osmosis from happening.
Once you have you warm water ready, [b]take a taste[b]. Does it taste as salty as chicken soup to you? If it does, you've got the right amount for your body's needs at that time. If it does not taste as salty as chicken soup, ADD MORE. Taste again to make sure and go for it!
When the intestines/epithelium tissues sense all those minerals, it says NO way, we're not taking that in, it will mess everything up! so it steps up peristaltic action and woosh! the fluids should appear as butt-pee within ten minutes. |

Thanks as ever for your quick and helpful responses Shelley.
Just a detail - is that a heaped tablespoon?
