Parasite cleanse before liver cleanse?

Hi Shelley I was read a site about liver cleanse and they had a warning about doing a parasite cleanse first (right at the top of the site where it says warning). Why? Here is the link:

I think that's incredibly bad advice. Not everyone has parasites, especially those of us in Northern America who have never left and rarely walk barefoot in swamps. And to submit yourself to a parasite cleanse for no reason is not good - those herbs are poisons, pure and simple. Do some liver cleansing and see if your symptoms go away. If they do, then you know that parasites are not involved.

Good--Thank you I was stressed and confused on what to do.

Just thought I would ask. Doesn't some of the food you eat for the cleanse help kill the parasites.
