Hi guys!!

I have heard mixed views on whether or not it is good to consume sparkling water. My question is quite simply is it good for us yes or no ? I hate still water so would much rather maintain drinking the carbonated variety.

Hope to hear from you soon.

The problem with sparkling water is that the bubbles are actually carbon dioxide, which is something our bodies excrete. It's basically the gaseous form of excrement (shit). Now that's not a huge problem, it's very easy to get rid of, and doesn't cost us anything, it just makes the body work a little bit harder is all. As far as cheats go, it's one of the safest and least detrimental that I can think of.

Cool thanks. I really should have been able to deduce that myself but oh well. Then I guess I'll be looking to still water in the future Smile

Thanks for your help Shelley x
