Hi guys!!
I have heard mixed views on whether or not it is good to consume sparkling water. My question is quite simply is it good for us yes or no ? I hate still water so would much rather maintain drinking the carbonated variety.
Hope to hear from you soon.

| The problem with sparkling water is that the bubbles are actually carbon dioxide, which is something our bodies excrete. It's basically the gaseous form of excrement (shit). Now that's not a huge problem, it's very easy to get rid of, and doesn't cost us anything, it just makes the body work a little bit harder is all. As far as cheats go, it's one of the safest and least detrimental that I can think of. |
