Hello Shelley !!!
I hope this message finds u well ? 
I have had a very stuffy nose for the last 6 days now with
a thickish yellowish, greenish phlegm (sometimes blood also) whenever I blow ... 
Another thing is that in the last three days; i have developed a bothersome dry cough (worst at night) that seems to be somewhat choking 
What can this be ? 
How can I know if this is indeed an infection or NOT ?
Any advice whatsoever would be greatly appreciated !!
I really prefer NOT to see a doctor as they always try to give u medecine to suppress symptoms ... which i have learned is NOT ideal, however; my fear is an infection that can lead to a more serious situation ... I want to avoid that !!!

Can you buy citricidal near where you live?
Its a very effective natural antimicrobe made from grapefruit seeds, kills all manner of nasty bugs! Will do you some good, as it sounds like an infection to me - especially the mucus. |

Thanks so much for ur input however; I used grapefruit seed a while back and it didn't seem to agree with me ... sigh ...
I was wondering if Shelley has any other ideas/solutions/remedies ??
