Hi Shelley!
Well I have just read about this egg yolk flush and I wonder if it could really work. I found this recipe at curezone by some member:
4 ORGANIC LEMONS - juice
3 EGG YOLKS
4 SPOONS OF OIL
Mix, Drink slowly.
Follow with an enema 5-6 hours later.
Well, people have posted lots of results. It's apparently, painless, not tiring and bringing on nausea, but instead energy bringing.
The results have been "stones", parasites, mucoid plaque and other stuff.
People report that their skin is glowing, hair and nails are better and lot's of energy.
Hm, could it be working? What would actually happen in the body with this addition of eggs? Or is it just the lecitin in the eggs that emulsify the oil? To me it seems like there is to little oil to make the gallbladder/liver contract enough to purge stones.
I accidently got out "stones" by eating LOTS of home made mayo follwed by a glass of grapefruit juice one hour later. The stones looked more like crushed cashew, but they sure irritated my bowels since they were sitting their too long ( I never knew that they were there). After an enema they pain went away when these so called "stones" were out.
Thanks! |

Yeah, I read about that too.
The person originally suggested this:
Juice of 3 limes
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon oil
First thing in the morning or last thing at night, followed 6 hours later by an enema. The person suggests to do this every day for 2 weeks, even longer. Same miraculous benefits claimed.
I too would also be very interested to hear your opinion. |

Eggs have fats and yes, lecithin to emulsify the oil. You don't need to use them for the flush to work, you can just add in lecithin. I keep forgetting to mention that people should be adding lecithin in if they've bought it for stone dissolving prior to the flush. Argh so many details!
I wouldn't necessarily do this flush because of how the lemon will cook the egg. You're not getting the eggs truly raw in a good state for best absorption. The way we take in the Protein Shake before and after flushing will bring on all the good things that eggs do for our body - beautiful skin, etc. |
