Hi Shelley. Is this kind of milk is worse than just regular pastuerized?

Why do they do that?! I mean is it really necessary to use ULTRA pasteurization techniques??

well, it keeps it in the store longer, so from a profit standpoint there's a good reason.

If the only organic milk that is available to me is ultra pasteurized would it just be better to buy regular whole milk? I only use it to make yoghurt.

hmmm... tough call. I think I'd still get the organic if I was planning on making kefir.
