| What are the best teas to drink for the liver? I tend to alternate between peppermint and Yogi Tea's Detox (with dandelion among a lot of other things), but should I choose one over the other at different times? Am I forgetting one? Thanks. |

| For cleasing the liver dandelion, burdock root, oregon grape root and yellowdock which are good blood purifiers. For rebuilding, milk thistle helps create new liver cells. Hope that helps! |

There is a wonderful tea from Mountain Rose Herbs called Persephone's Blend that is full of liver cleansing herbs. Powerful stuff!

All those things are great. It's a good idea to alternate your teas because they all do something a little different from the others. |

| Thanks all! I'll try to find some of these and see how I like them. I can't believe that I hated tea until a few months ago! |
