Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing great and enjoying the holiday season. This year I'm not doing gifts, I'm just making a point to get together with people. Now that I'm teaching I've been very anti-social. It's a bad habit I get into. After associating with 130 teenagers all day I get all talked out and just cave at home with my dog. So now I have to remind my friends that I'm still around and still appreciate them.
So sorry for all the silly ads in the forums. Our forum software doesn't have that security feature of making sure people are for real before they sign up, so bots can sign up and leave posts. When we upgrade we'll get better software.
I've been thinking of new names for a new site/book, since I'll want the book to have a site, but vitalhealth.com has already been taken. Aarrggh! So if you have any ideas for a new name for what we do here, please share! You can go to networksolutions.com to see if it's already been taken. Here are some I've tried:
total health
balanced health
"power of digestion" is still available...
