Shelley Re: colon cleansing

Shelley, I know you used to highly recommend the P/B shakes which
I still do. But, my son ate some raw Sushie at Christmas time and
just recenlty got a lump under his left nipple and I already thought
he had the family Ascaria problem and now for sure I think so.
He is a college student and only eats good when I prepare it and
otherwise eats fast food, etc. I see that now you have Colonix
on your site. I need to give him something before starting parasite
killing on him. He would never take P/B shakes. It has to be capsules
and something that would not make him sick and unable to go to
school. Actually I was considering Oxy-Powder as I know you have
highly recommended the oxygen cleansers before also. Please
advise.

I still recommend P&B shakes IF they are done right.

Hmmm... since he wants capsules, that is pretty limiting. Only ones I can think of are the Sonne cleansers, which tend to have both psyllium and flax, which is great. Sonne's Perfect 7 comes in capsules and shouldn't make him too uncomfortable.

Oxy-powder is also an excellent choice. He can alter the dose so that he has control over elimination. Most people say that after one day of diarrhea they only get softened stools from then on.

I don't think the shakes are all that tough to drink! Colonix isn't bad at all, especially if poured into chilled peppermint sun tea.

I can't find the Sonne's #7 in capsules on the web or at our health
food store. I know you said you use it. Could you give me more
information on how to find the capsules or the phone number of the
company. I have been researching and just cannot find the capsules.
