You can buy fresh ginger from the grocery store and make great tea from it.
Any bath brush will do actually. You want a long handle and a fine, even, dense brush.
Sea salts are fine. Epsom is better at relaxing muscles. |

Ok just finished detox bath. Used everything but ginger. Wondering whats it do anyways? Maybe I'll include it next time.
Also sea salt seems to be good for the skin. If I gave my hair sea salt washes would that nourish the dry skin too, because it has minerals? |

ginger opens the pores. Larger pores means more sweat and more toxins released, less chance of eruptions.
Adding baking soda to your shampoo is a wonderful way to balance pH and get rid of dead skin cells and rancid fat cells. It's more effective than plain salt. It's like using Neutrogena shampoo - it strips the old stuff off and clarifies the hair. |

Ah I tried the baking soda thing. Was very good at stripping down the dead skin cells. But 6 hours later or so.. finding newly formed flakes again. Even 1-2 hours later still felt dry and scaley. Going to apply some jojoba oil. Maybe I need to strip it and moisturize real fast or something.
The weirdest thing though is I find ACV has like no effect. So its like it has to be dry skin. But am I supposed to moisturize every day or something? *sigh |

| What you're describing is a kind of eczema that happens when the body is too deficient to make healthy, long-living skin cells so they flake off before their time. Start drinking my Protein Shake, add avocados to your diet, and further address these deficiencies to cure it permenantly: A, EFA's, digestive enzymes. Cod liver oil plus zinc is a great way to go, and any solid brand of digestive enzymes will do. |

I've always been second guessing the idea of taking digestive enzymes. I know it improves the break down of all the nutrients better but seems like just a small improvement. So not sure about it.
But yeah sounds like a good plan. I assume A stands for vitamin A. But have some questions.
Which brands do you recommend for digestive enzymes and EFA in gel capsules? And maybe where to get it from online. I bought some Total EFA liquid bottle a while ago but have barely took any. Didn't realize the oil would be so hard to get down. |

A small improvement??? OH GEEZ!!! How can I make this clearer? When you are low in digestive enzymes, NOTHING YOU EAT IS BEING ABSORBED OR UTILIZED PROPERLY. It's like asking a jet engine to run on regular gasoline. You blow gaskets. So you're only creating more and more GARBAGE.
Never take EFA capsules. They're rancid and hold very little oils and you need tablespoons a day - which would equate to about 30 pills! Only take the more delicate oils (flax, borage, wheat germ) in opaque bottles from the refrigerated section. Cod liver oil is hardier, you can buy that in a glass bottle. Add any oil but cod liver (buy that in lemon flavor) to my Protein Shake and you'll get it down fine.
Any brand is fine for digestive enzymes, they are what they are.

Yeah I read through it before. Guess I'll keep at it to digest more information .
Was wondering could a congested liver be linked to lack of digestive enzymes? I thought bile was secreted out of the gallbladder at some point to help digest food.
Think I'm definitely going to look into decongesting the liver some maybe taking milk thristle and using castor oil backs. And also getting cod liver oil and flax, and digestive enzymes.
Btw know its late but hope you had a good christmas and thanks for your help so far |
