Hi shelley

its 37oc here today and I'm pitta think i'll start drinking some peppermint tea.

i was wondering you have mentioned to me previously to do coffee enemas, but on your leaky gut protocol you have said not to do coffee enemas until healed, does this mean i should wait as i persume i have leaky gut as i have seen toxins in my blood on live blood analysis?

toxins in blood don't necessarily mean leaky gut, believe me, toxins have plenty of ways of getting into your bloodstream!!! So try a coffee enema and see how you feel.
