Does anybody have a problem with cold feet and how to deal with it. I tried with hot-cold shower, I drink Shelley's drink (warm water with lemmon, ginger,AVC,lechitin, grounded flax and chili) but no improvements. Still have coldness in me and it is going higher to legs, besides my feet has got pins and needles in them. Should I try to helpmyself with sauna, feet masage or liverflush?
Thank you in advance to any of your testimonial or advice.

Sometimes cold hands and feet can be related to thyroid issues, maybe you need some iodine.

Pins and needles does suggest circulation. Do you have spider veins?
Maybe some good strong skin brushing and detox baths could help?

Thank you for your reply. No, I do not have spider veins, they seem beautiful even to my wife, hehe. But yes, maybe I should check thyroid though I hate doctors. On the other hand I am very careful on food I am taking and use only celtic salt.

It's always best to start out with a complete physical so you can be sure it's safe to manage your diet and cleanse etc. If the physical doesn't turn anything up, you might want to consult with a chiropractor or physical therapist to rule out any structural reasons, then you can be sure it's diet.

Hi Shelley!

Can not imagine it could be physical reason, at least I can not see it from outside. Could be the reason seen through blood test (next week) and to what specific data should I be focused on?
By the way, how are your dogs doing and are they still "angry" when you go to your computer?

The typical blood tests won't show nutritional deficiencies, but they will ensure your organs are healthy and metabolism is functioning within normal ranges, so long as the panel includes thyroid that is. Most do nowadays, but make sure - if all they order is a comprehensive panel, make sure it includes TSH. If it doesn't, ask them to do a thyroid panel.

The doctor can check your reflexes to make sure the nerves are okay, that's the most important thing.

Hi Shelley!
Went to a doctor and make her check reflexes and she told me they were OK. Gave blood and according to test the TSH value is 1.38 in range value beetwen 0.27-4.2. It seems thyroid is OK too.
But Cholesterol values are not good.
I converted mmol in USA values:
Total Cholesterol 277
HDL 54
LDL 192
Trygliceride 164
If looking to LDL/HDL ratio 3.56 the picture is not so bad as it seems or am I wrong?
In the mean time the doctor sent me checking my veins. Is it possible Shelley that bad circulation witch is causing the cold in my feet is a result of my cholesterol results? If so, do you agree if I try to fix it with this remedies witch are in accordence with Ayurveda. I picked it up some years ago from Curezone.

For Cholesterol
Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water, if given to a cholesterol patient, it reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10% within 2 hours.
As mentioned for arthritic patients, if taken 3 times a day any chronic cholesterol is cured.
As per the information received in the said journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complains of cholesterol.

For Colds
Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon luke warm honey with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder daily for 3 days.
This process will cure most chronic cough, cold and clear the sinuses.

And I am to take ACV daily of course.

Thanks for your time and I a big hugh to you and your pets.

Cinnamon is great but not sure about honey - most of us produce excess cholesterol because of excess consumption of simple carbs. You can try it and do please let me know if it works!

Check out www.acu-cell.com and the advice there about cholesterol and which minerals raise and lower cholesterol.

In the meantime, keep up with the cleansing drinks, and if I were you I'd do the protein shake occasionally with extra doses of lecithin throughout the day. And you might want to consider taking Julia's tinctures - Coptis and Chinese Bitters I think would be best.

Hi Shelley.

Thanks for your advice about minerals. I immediately went to vitamin-mineral test and it seems that I am low on selen, calcium, iodine, vitamin C, mangan and koencim Q. Of course the company offers you already prepared vitamins in capsules, but for example, selen is also in garlic right, and I prefer getting vitamins and minerals more nature way. I am so sceptic about pills though there is no chemistry in. But I will probably buy Koencim Q10, as it couldn't be found elsewere.
Anyway, And wow, I must tell you that just after 3 days of taking honey with cinamon my feet are mucho, mucho better. So I will also try to cure cholesterol with honey-cinamon. Would it be in your opinion 3 month time of taking it enough to check my cholesterol levels at doctor again and see the changes?

Thanks for your time again,
Branko
