Coffee is a diuretic, all diuretics cause a shedding of potassium, which usually isn't a big deal since all living foods have potassium but still.
Since it's acidic, it draws out calcium.
The alkaloids promote adrenalin production, so coffee depletes the adrenals. Bieler Broth and adaptogenic herbs help with that.
People usually crave coffee because they are low in copper, magnesium, selenium, and adrenal production. Estrogen people and low thyroid people will crave it too. |

That is SO interesting Shelley, TY
No wonder when I STOP caffeine I go poop less
LOL
What about ONE espresso per day with lots of hot milk and a little honey ??
Will this : draws out calcium, deplete the adrenals, shedding of potassium a little less perhaps ???
and most importantly ... worsen/cause a VERY acidic system ???
Thank-u |
