I have noticed an increase in spider veins recently (and have always had some thinking about it).
I have read previous posts concerning them, but am doing everything that you suggest to ameliorate their presence, do you think they could be due to heavy metals?
I am taking kefir, a reasonable amount of calcium (though may need more mag), ACV, dark berries, using the lighter version of the detox baths, maybe theyre related to something else going on internally that is effecting me.
Thanks for any advice. |

| Not usually, usually theya re due to high blood pressure (get checked ) and a lack of Vitamin C, E, plant chemicals (dark berries, yes), poor circulation issues either from being out of shape or constricting the body somehow, or due to an excess of estrogen. |
