I will start the slow liver cleansing and lymph managment, is jumping on a mini trampoline enough for that?

In regard to nutritional yeast flakes, how much should I be taking and when is the best time to take them?

I have had problems with my adrenals in the past which has been an on going problem, they get better and then stress whacks them again. When that happens, my sleep gets bad, becomes light and unrefreshing. I made the broth a few times and try to eat protein with every meal.

Lately, my hair has been shedding. I don't know if it is from when my cat died three months ago, that is about the time they say it takes to notice a telegon. What is weird is when I have a lot of stress, my scalp itches and started itching before my hair started this shed, is there a connection, something in the blood stream that would cause the itch when under stress?

I want to take the Cal Mag but have had funky reactions to stevia which I believe is in that. Have you ever heard of people that can't use stevia?

Thank you again for your suggestions, I will order what you suggest and get started on this program, eat the foods you mentioned (other than caviar) and hopefully get my system built up...yay Very Happy

I tasted caviar once while in line at a buffet at a wedding once, I thought it was jam, put it in my mouth while still in line and then...ack Shocked

I spit it out in a napkin and used it to fertilize the plant on the table Wink

With your symptoms, you need to do lots of sweating, as much as possible. Exercise, chamomile-peppermint tea, detox baths... whatever you can do.

Start out wtih a tablespoon and see how you feel. They're quite strong you can get buzzed from then. The most I've taken at once is half a scoop. They taste best in a smoothie.

An adaptogenic herbal complex will help adrenals tremendously, but you have to stay away from estrogenic herbs so ... none with licorice. A combo of ginseng, astralagus, and gotu kola would be great.

Sudden changes in metabolism will cause a shed. It's only noteworthy if it happens for longer than a week.
