Yes, very good. It gives you everything the skin needs to be healthy and glowing, cleanses the liver so your skin clears, etc. Smile

woo hoo !and it tastes so good, Laughing
i really think it tastes like milkshake, i love the cinnamon in it and thats a good spice for me pitta/vata , i am recommending it to everyone Smile
