Thank you very much for you time spo1977. I think I am going to go with using foods for this cleanse. It is very hard for me to put together my regimen. It takes alot of time to plan something to make you feel better. I have to be more obedient.

Why don't you just get Planetery Formulas Bupleruem, Liver Care or Livatone? They are fairly inexpensive.

You could even just start with some Turmeric in water.

Tumeric water sounds interesting. I may go with that or just use my spices with it in it. Not sure.
