Hi Phil!
Just hit your local Rite-Aid or any other drugstore and check the bath supplies aisle. They usually have the right kind of long-handed brushes with boar bristle. My health food store also stocks them, but twice as expensive for the same thing. Darn those health food stores! It irks me how they rack up the prices simply because we want to be healthier! sheesh.
You don't need a book really, but if you see a pamphlet somewhere do pick it up and glance thru it. It's quite easy to get the hang of this, it's one of our easier procedures LOL!
I can't recall which book I had that had good pictures and instructions, it might have been Deepak Chopra's Perfect Health, which I gave away. Oops. that one is usually stocked at health food stores and used book stores, see if it's in there. |

Cool, thanks.
Yeah those health food stores do get out of hand, although there is a new chain called trader joes out of CA that sell alot of organic foods cheap. Have you heard of them? |

Oh I practically LIVE at TJ's! One of my favorite stores. There are 2 very close to where I live. I doubt I'll ever move to a state that doesn't have one. |

That place is amazing. I don't understand how they can sell there products so cheap. Almost makes me skeptical.
By the way I'm about to start comprehenisve liver cleansing and was wondering which stone disolvers I should take and where could I find something like that.
Thanks |

there's a good list of stone dissolvers in the FAQ, I made it a large list so you could take advantage of whatever you can manage to find.
Mother's Market is my regular-world source of herbs and vitamins but I don't think they have Malic Acid. www.vitamanshoppe.com might.
The easiest ones to start with are Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, apple juice if you don't have candida, and granulated lecithin. |

| No, as long as it is raw and organic, apple cider vinegar is one of the best additions to your diet. Like I say, most diet recommendations for candida people are way too extreme and just plain wrong. |
