| Would using a sunlamp for like 15 minutes a day be ok? I thought it might help drying out the yeast in my body, and it's supposed to help with eczema and skin problems. |

Absolutely. Especially good during the winter. I highly recommend that everyone have a full-spectrum light somewhere in their home, preferably wherever they spend the most time.
A sunlamp is a great way to use light therapeutically and aim it exactly where you want it. Light therapy books say that if you have a problem with congestion you should place a red piece of glass or plastic over your abdomen or the light and shine the light through it. The Greeks did stuff like that all the time. |
