| You have to replace the friendly flora that the baddies and the antibiotics are killing. That means drinking 1/2 cup of kefir 2x a day for awhile. |

| the milk has been converted. Probiotics always give one a little bit of diarrhea, but usually the calcium in the kefir makes up for it. |

Last night I ate a hamburger and fries and drank 2 glasses
of Sangria. Aa couple hours later, I ate a chocolate chip muffin.
Before bed, I drank a half cup kefir.
About 4 hours later, I had some burning type pain and so much
diahrea in a matter of 10 minutes (some of it bloody). Does this
mean that it was a bacterial and/or parasite infection or too
much fat in the meal for my body to handle ??
Finally, it stopped and I went back to bed feeling a little weak.
This morning, I drank lots of water and a half cup of kefir.
I'm wondering what I should eat next?
Thanks Shelley |

Stick to the BRAT diet until you don't see any blood or feel any discomfort. In the future, when you want to overeat and eat tons of tough-to-digest fun foods late at night, take a Digestaway with them or Eater's Digest tea. |
