Hi Shelley

Very Happy

I read that it's very healthy/nutritious to mix the following together:

Olive oil, Nutritional yeast flakes, ACV, Seasalt, Lecithin
and Honey ...

My question is:
What else can I eat with this since it's NOT really a meal ???

I need some ideas Wink
