Hey!

Since I am still new to the good benefits of juicing fruits and veggies yourself, I was wondering about the carrot juice.

I don't have a juicer, just a blender. So I'm guessing you can't really make juice out of it or can you?
Don't juicers cost like over $100?

I really can't afford to get one because I'm still young and living with my parents who are much against this this new diet and protocal I try to follow for my acne. So it's been hard.

What about store bought? Could you please tell me any good kinds of juice I should get, so I'll still reap the benefits from it?
I am hoping to also try out the carrot cleansing salad as soon as I can get the ingredients.
Please let me know for what I can do!
Thank you Smile

You need a juice to make carrot juice. Good ones are expensive, but you can get cheap ones too. They're not great because they spin really fast which kills the enzymes, but it's still better than nothing. I just have one of these cheap ones... and the carrot juice that I made from it cured my forehead acne.

Otherwise, just buy some carrot juice from a store that doesn't have bad ingredients in it.

The carrot cleansing salad should also be really helpful to you.

Thanks for letting me know Cool

I was wondering if you could tell me what kind of "cheap" juicer you bought, or let me know the url to where I can find out more about it/where to get one?
As long as it works for you!

Thanks a ton!

Here's another idea, go to your local thrift shop and buy a used one.
Got a Krups for like 5 bucks and used it for 3 months to be sure that I was going to stick to juicing. Afterward, bought a Greenstar.
The Krups got passed around a few times and always came back with the person borrowing it saying that they ended up buying a juicer for themselves. In fact, it's still getting passed around as a 'tester' amongst my family and friends.
