I just broke out a few days ago and OW, it hurts! I have never had such painful acne! It is really only two or three spots on my shoulders, but they are extremely sensitive to clothing and any sort of pressure. I usually just get whiteheads, which are not at all painful. What is the cause of this???

Hi Laney_Rae,

You need to look at what you’re doing differently for the past few weeks. Such as your diet, the supplements you are taking, your digestion, your bowel movements, etc. Usually a breakout is due to some changes in your life. Could be physical and/or emotional. Please keep on writing. Take care.

I think I may have IBS. My tummy gets bloated lately with everything I eat or drink. Often I don't get any relief until I pass gas or have a bowel movement. These are now infrequent and often painful.

hi ,

I was trying the reach Laney_Rae about the Natural Cellular Defense..

Have you tried it again?
I started, but need to take a low dose- otherwise get headaches & burning eyes.

Shoulder eruptions can be due to many things, usually food allergies, chemical sensitivities, or you're sweating more and the microbes/fungi are imbalanced by the moisture. Low stomach acids will also do it.

IBS is not a diagnosis. It can mean anything. Lots of gas means low stomach acids, low digestive enzymes, which can be due to several things, including low iron, pancreatitis, adult-onset diabetes, or just plain eating too much and drinking too many fluids with meals.
