Hi my friends,
Since my move in November 2005 my life has change quite a bit. My diet is improved, my cleansing routine has been modified, my body response has been excellent.
So for the next few weeks I will be posting my journal on these changes. Your response will be appreciated. It is passed 1:00 AM and my eyes and body are getting tired, so I’ll call it a day and go to bed.

PS I forgot to mention that this passed Monday I had surgery to a my right eye. The lens was replaced because of a cataract. At the same time the new lens has all the corrections needed so I don’t need glasses for that eye. So far I am amazed at the improvements. Can wait for my left eye to be fixed too. |

This is the start of my new journal. Since My Challenge (10/15/2004) many changes have occurred in my life. I moved from one house (since 1989) to another in November 2005. My new roommate works weird hours (2:30PM to 9:30PM) and eats mostly vegetables with nuts, some chicken and fish and also eats cheese and other milk products. I, on the other hand, eat a lot of veggies with fish, chicken and red meat.
Since I am home far more than she is, and also given that I like to cook and eat, we decided that I would do most of the cooking and food preparation.
So no red meat. That was quite a change for me. My digestive system revolted at first but after about two weeks started getting used to it. This is what I found has changed in my body. I lost 8 lbs. in 2 months without even trying to loose weight, my Bms were softer and more frequent, my system cleanse itself better, my blood sugar dropped to normal, my abdomen is now flat (my waist size dropped from 36/38 inches to 34/36 inches). All these changes has pleased me no end. I went out to dinner last week and had beef for dinner and suffered a terrible indigestion, so I guess that my body has now accepted the “no red meat” diet.
Some other changes that took me totally by surprise! I used to be able to take a 2 quart soapsuds enema now I no longer can take that much. This worried me at first but then reading the book “Love thine enemas and heal thyself by Dr. Jerry Glenn Knox” I found that he had a similar experience. I also found that my bowels required less cleansing. So I had to change my bowel cleansing routine and my liver cleansing and flushing routine to control my blood sugar and blood pressure. I will cover these changes in my next journal entry.
