Black specs after Liver Flush - possible explanation??

Hi Everyone,

I've seen a few people mention that they have seen black specs or black rice type things in BM after liver flushing.
I have had this too after each flush - I have done 4 flushes to date.

At first i wondered whether it was parasites but then another idea occurred to me.
I used to have a lot of fresh ground black pepper on all my food. And I read somewhere that black pepper in this form can irritate the liver. Could it be the black pepper coming out of the liver?

Do others who have had the black specs eat a lot of ground black pepper?

It could be black pepper but it could be fat as well. Have you tried to poke it with something.

I know I had something like that on my bowel regiment, it turned out to be nothing but mucous plaque.

I have seen that before, but I always thought it was crud that had been stuck around to this and that inside. I have never been a very big pepper user, only if it was called for in a cooking recipe.
Truth is I don't know what is it but early on I adopted the idea of better out than still stuck inside me.
