What do stones look like?

I have been having theses little tiny hard black specks once in a while I see on toliet paper. The only thing I am really taking is using oliveoil on a lot of my food. Are these parasites or stones? Any ideas?

I don't know. I don't think it would be stones but more likely to be either a food particle
(there is more that just olive oil going in right.)
or maybe tiny bits of mucus plaque .
Whatever it is glad it's leaving. :0
