Question on Rice Dream

Hi Everybody,

I was looking for Rice Dream Vanilla (as a part of Shelley's Protein Drink) but was not able to get it here in Germany.
I only found a shop that sells this product:

which is plain unflavoured Rice Dream.

Is there a certain reason Shelley recommends Rice Dream Vanilla instead of the plain version? Does it contain something important that the plain version does not have or does she just recommend Vanilla because it tastes better? So I can also use the plain version for the Protein Shake recipe?

The vanilla is just for flavor. The one you have a link for is fine.
