I work fulltime, can I do a large intestine 2 day cleansing fast over the weekend and not be totally embarassed at work on Monday with the eliminations that will result from the cleanse? Embarassed

I do it. I cleanse/fast weekend or week day. It is a good idea to start on theFriday evening the get past the bulk of it Smile good luck
