Assuming you do a liver flush (take the oil/juice) at 11:00 pm, you should:
Get a colonic up to 36 hours prior to the flush.
Within 10-18 hours post flush. |

whats the optimum time to do the colonic pre flush?
can i do it before taking the olive oil/lemon juice mix?

| I like to get them done either the day before or the morning of, not too close to the olive/juice because colonics can be tiring. |

sorry i have never done a liver flush, so qestions just come out.
should i eat something the day of the flush, or is it better to fast that day.
and what should i eat the day after it?, can i eat normally?

ah now those questions are covered in the fAQ. Be sure to read everything you can here before you flush. Fasting is best for the first time.  |
