Pinkcat now flushing, how I'm doing it, and -- any buddies?

Hi all!

I'm taking OO and pink grapefruit and lime juice. nearly a cup of juice and nearly 3/4 cup of OO. I take this in four doses over the course of an hour 9 - 10). Best thing I ever did was *drink it through a straw*.

This has been the recipe that's worked for me (oh, yes, and I do the "ice cream flush", which means premium ice cream for dinner, finish by 7.)

I've softened the stones with apple juice and Chanca Piedra tincture. I don't take ES. I have a colonic scheduled for tomorrow morning.
