I have been feeling mostly great since completely my week long liver cleanse. My diet is still not anywhere near where it needs to be so I don't feel as fantastic as I did when I was fasting and drinking postassium broth every day. But still, I have felt really good.
Due to a minor problem I was having, my physician gave me a 7 day prescription to take. I HATE taking prescription meds. This just confirms this. I only had to take 1 pill every night before going to bed. It was a gel capsule that contained peanut oil as its delivery method. I decided to take this before bedtime because it immediately drugged me and put me to sleep.
Last night was my last capsule. I felt good all day. I went to bed around 9:30 p.m. and woke up in the middle of the night feeling very weak, numb in my extremities, and had a tightness in my chest. I also had nausea. I got up and put cayenne on my tongue to see if it would help my circulation and get rid of the numbness and weakness. I use Schulze's cayenne and man is it HOT! I drank a ton of water, ate a bananna and went back to bed.
I woke up feeling about 25% better but still those symptoms remained. I made your cleansing drink, did hot/cold hydrotherapy and then made a 2nd cleansing drink. By around noon, I started to feel better.
The work day is almost over and I am still not feeling myself, although not as bad as overnight/this morning. As I was feeling so good, I can only attribute this reaction to the meds I was taking.
I have been drinking only fluids today to give my body a rest and to try to clear out whatever this is. Is there anything you can suggest I try to further help my recovery?
I just wish I knew what this was. No more meds! I would have thought it might be heart related, except I had just had a full cardio work up done and received an excellent report. My blood pressure is normal as is my cholesterol.
Confused........
