| I have been getting mouth ulcers (2 at a time), about a week apart, any ideas what causes this to happen? Vitamin deficiency, some form of die-off? Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

Cankor sores are usually due to:
deficiency in the friendly microbes
excess acids, including fruit acids like lemon juice, tropical fruit
candy and other lozenges that you suck on for long periods upsetting the balance of the mucus membranes
lack of Zinc and other skin food like the B's, E.
reaction to the sudsing compounds in toothpaste, especially gel toothpastes. |

I have been drinking lemon juice and pineapple juices a lot (fresh squeezed), I may have to cut down on these and I will look into a good zinc supplement for a while. I stick to good herbal toothpaste (with no SLS).
Thanx again for your wisdom. |

| In my case, canker sores were something I had all my life, but I only get them now as a detox reaction. Usually when I initially up any probiotic intake and feel detoxing happening all over, I will also get a canker sore or two over a period of a week to 10 days. If you are like me, and are most prone to purging your toxins through the skin and mouth, you'll get them on occaision. When that happens, I back off the more acidic things in my diet for a week or two and try to increase things like kefir. Soothing. |

| Great feedback too! I do tend to get skin eruptions when my body purges toxins. Thank you for the advice I shall follow up on it. |
