You missed my other question again, lol : "Do you know what is the limit at which the body absorbs salt and if this limit is surpassed then begins to excrete it all i.e. how much salt does it take for the body to stop absorbing salt and start rejecting it."
If you don't know then don't worry about it, I'll see if our friend google knows lol.

Ah, well see, when you do the SWF, the body doesn't absorb ANY because it is SO salty the intestines just shut down. The water - and salt- stay suspended in the intestines. It's why ocean water can't rehydrate you.
If you're just eating salt, in small amounts, but keep eating it, the body will absorb whatever you give it. It can't deny you at that point. You can really harm yourself. |
