severe headache due to outside food

On friday 12th afternoon I had Pasta Soup from Deli Food.
Evening I had mild headache and it became severe lasted till saturday evening. even my eyes pain a lot. I took apple cider and warm water with sea salt. and i got 2 bowel movements then it subsided. I am doing Parasite cleanse, Bowel Cleasnse and I did 5 or 6 liver flushes. Please suggest me what precautions i must take if i eat any outside food

If you where on a cleanse, involving no wheat, no diary etc. this can happen. When I was on Candida diet, one day all my friends ordered pizza, of course I did not, but as I was craving a lot, I did take one small piece. It was maybe 1/3 of the regular piece size. After a while I got so nauseous it was insane. Cramps and gas as well. Soon after I got diarrhea, very bad one . I remember that Shelley told me at that time, that this is very common if you cheat. It's the way body tells you what it's bad for you.
