Hi Shelley, I have a question regarding how much time I should give myself after my period to do a liver flush. I started my period 6 days ago, and I've stopped bleeding, so I was wondering if I should wait another day or two to flush, or if I could just go ahead.

I would do it right away if you want to! I have flushed when my period was light and that works fine too.

Friday, 5th of August is NEW moon - which is the best flush day of the month, so go for it Very Happy
