Is it really always necessary to drink one quart of salt water?

I like to do a salt water flush after a liver flush but I have problems with it. Just recently I did a liver flush and tried to drink one quart but I started to puke it out of me. One quart is about three big glasses and it happened when I was drinking the third one down. In the morning I take magnesium citrate and I like to do the salt water flush a few hours after that to get rid of all stones. Would it be ok to drink only 1/3 quart of salt water? My bowels are basically empty when I drink the salt water and I feel that one quart is more than is needed. I would like to continue doing it because I feel it gets effectively rid of stones that might still be in the bowels. I don't do enemas.

Do however much you're comfortable with. Smile You need at least 3 cups to have any effect at all.

I'm just updating because I did a new liver flush yesterday. This time I only drank less than 2/3 quart (that should be a little less than 3 cups) of salt water and everything went perfectly and with a full effect. I'm sure that I wouldn't have managed to drink that final 1/3 this time either without puking. Somehow it seems my body gets to the limit after 2/3 quart.

Salt water flush is important for me because I don't do enemas. I know that everybody always says that you have to do enemas after liver flushing. In my experience the salt water flush is really good in flushing your system. I'm not saying it's better than enemas (but could be even better?) but it is really good. Next time I don't even take the magnesium citrate, I just do the salt water flush first thing in the morning. It should go fine because I always take ten capsules of oxy-powder the day before the flush and eat very lightly in the day of the flush.

In a way SWF are better than enemas because it cleanses the small intestine as wella s the large, while an enema can only cleanse the large. Plus they only ever flow downwards, while an enema has to go UP and then go down, which can push things up.
