Salt water flush before liver flush

I am trying to do a liver flush without using the epsom salts. I'm taking the gold coin grass and drinking the apple juice but want to know if I can also do a salt water flush on the evening of the liver flush. I feel the need to be cleaned out before I liver flush. I'm not new to liver flushing but have only tired it without the epsom salts one time and it wasn't so successful. I think it would help if I am empty. I thought I would do the salt water flush around 6:00pm and drink the olive oil at 10:00pm. I thought about just doing an enema but that only gets the lower bowel and I am more concerned about the intestines being cleaned out. I was going to do another salt water flush the next morning to flush out the stones. Do you have any input on this idea? Pros or Cons?

If you're comfortable with the salt water flush and do it right, then that's a great way to go.
