So is soy ok while you're on candida? Is gluten in dinkel/spelt dangerous? It's really hard to eat withought any of it, since i'm a vegan.
I don't have any sugar cravings, though i do like bread (50% quinoa fluor, 25% dinkl 25% buckwheat). I'd really hate to loose that from my diet. |
Soy isn't okay unless you absolutely have to. Small doses occasionally only. I did fine with Vanilla Rice Dream and that is safe.
People usually do okay with spelt. I never had that much of a problem with gluten really, I just avioded wheat on the outside chance that it had become an allergan. But then I did a rotation/elimination cycle and found that I was fine with it and brought it back into my diet. That or kinesiology should tell you whether spelt is okay for you, or the usual allergy test (taking pulse).
The bread sounds great! Try Ezekial bread too if you can find it. |

I've had spelt tested today, and it's ok for me. The bread, however, wasn't wich is strange. I wonder why, buckwheat, quinoa, salt and ghee should all be ok...wierd. Oh yea, bubbles mineral water in it as well, but that shouldn't be a problem. I also have dyzenteria in the bowels (!!!) or at least dyzenteria toxins, i always get shocked at these damn exams, how do i ever manage to contract these.
Soy was bad, got to dump it . Achidophilus jogurt was bad, i guess to much lactoze. My FOS probiotic was good, and so was garlic - i wanted to test weather it really kills brain cells. Aparently not
Thanks again Shelley! |

| Buckwheat isn't appropriate for everyone - it's a very cold grain, hard to digest, and as a derivative of wheat is somewhat glutinous. So it might have been that. |

| Out it goes then. I didn't like the bitter taste of it anyway. Dinkel alone tastes much better anyway. Cheers |
