My mom has some vericose veins on her right leg and also ankle pain and some burning in the lower part of her leg when she's on her feet a lot. I'm wondering if the vericose veins and the burning/ankle pain are related and what can be done about them. She's 56 and we saw a doctor recently and he prescribed a support hose that she has been wearing but he also said that rarely works and he suggests surgery to remove the veins. I'm just looking for an alternative way to help her with the veins and burning/pain. Do you have any advice?

Hi Narnia!

Yep, the ankle pain and varicose veins are related, they're both the result of years of poor circulation. Your mother has very thick blood, possibly due to being a sugarholic? She needs to go on a version of the candida diet and the blood type diet for her blood type for at least 3 months and take some Blood Purifiers such as Burdock Root tea and other cleansing/liver management. If she's willing to do all that, plus eat tons of Vein Food (see FAQ) and do a Vitamin C flush about every 7-10 days, she can beat this thing!

Did they run blood tests at least? I'm worried she may have elevated creatinine or BUN or something like that?
