Shelley or anyone who has some input,
Does this have to be done in the morning in order to be effective or can I do it at another time during the day? If I don't eat for say 3 hours beforehand and then still have something like hot cereal 30 minutes later will I accomplish the same goal?? Thanks! |

Or...what if I do this before bed and follow it a half out later with my P&B shake??
Thanks |

You can do it at any time, but it's best on an empty stomach (so you don't get nauseus etc.) and should be followed by fiber or enema or salt water flush to get the toxins OUT of you. If you can manage that, then the time of day is not such a big issue. |

Thanks Shelley!
I want to start flushing, but I either keep chickening out on a big flush, or something comes up over the weekend that prevents me from being able to do it. I figured this would help me to at least get a start and then hopefully down the line I'll get a full fledged flush in. |

Exactly. Do whatever you're comfortable with, that's very important! Take baby steps. No need to just dive right in. That tends to be my way, heh, but it's not everyone's way. |
